Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We charge a flat $6.00 fee per order (excluding wholesale orders) and offer free shipping for orders over $50.00. We normally ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our studio. Please let us know if you'd like your order expedited and we will try our best to do so!
We send most international packages via First Class International Mail, which doesn't include features such as tracking information or delivery confirmation. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service. On average, orders should arrive in 2-4 weeks.
All of our candles are wrapped and packaged to protect from damage during shipping. Should you receive a candle that is damaged please email us at email@example.com within 5 calendar days of receiving your item. Please keep all shipping materials until damage claim is completed.
All sales are final. All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded; however we will replace items that are damaged during shipping. Please note customers are responsible for any return/exchange shipping costs. We stand behind our candles so if you have any concerns please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll work to make things right.
